You are welcome to visit Lander to pay your respects on
Tuesday the 29th of November, 2011 from 12.00 a.m. till 5.00 p.m.
at the Lijnbaansgracht 282-I in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

We invite you to the memorial ceremony on
Wednesday November 30th at 09.30 a.m. at
funeral center “Crematorium Westerveld”
at the Duin en Kruidbergerweg 2-6 in Driehuis.

After the memorial ceremony there will
the opportunity to offer your condolences.
