I’m pretty certain that this is not a bakfiets build in the Netherlands. The frame with the two parallel lower tubes, as well as the construction of the front axle are not known from Dutch built examples. Mind that similar cargo tricycles have been used in much of Europe, not just the Netherlands. I know examples from France, Belgium, Italy, UK, Denmark, Sweden. I don’t have detailed knowledge to know exactly from which country it could be, aside from recognizing that it’s not dutch.
